Cozy apartment in a quiet corner of the city. Your own private hideaway just a few blocks from DN-Skrapan!

This is a well planned 1,5 "funkis" style apartment. 35 sq/m. Rent now raised to 5,559 - I have rounded size/rooms/price to not miss matches as it very much feels like a compact 2 with and the rent is so low.

The apartment works as a functional two (2) room. The "dining room" has been rebuilt with a folding door separating it from the kitchen, and a 120cm loft bed, stairs, and space for a desk, daybed, or dining table, and ample headspace above the bed.

Please note the red wall in the living room has now been painted white, as well as the storage/stairs up to the bunk. Of course it’s not furnished, but for visitors to know most of the art has also been taken down as I was away a few years and haven’t managed to redecorate since returning.

There is the option to have the apartment updated/renovated by the landlord before move in - in that case the extra door to the kitchen and loft bed will be removed.

The apartment has high ceilings and a fully connected layout allowing you to walk in "circle" around the apartment so it feels spacious.

1 block from the cliffs, hiking, and diving. 7-minute walk to Smedsuddsbadet and Rålis in 1 direction and a 7-minute walk to Fredhällsbadklubb in the other. The apartment is surrounded by parks and nature.

I am not in a rush to move but are flexible to move at any time. I am looking for the perfect alternative as I am a full time single mom and want to find a home I can stay in for many years to come. Please message for more pictures and details.
