    A summer house constructed in 1906 that was converted in to apartments in 2015 situated in a quiet and calm area. I think the area is very family friendly. Lots of families with children, green spaces, and playgrounds.

    This is a 101sqm apartment with high ceilings (around 300cm) and consists of mainly three large rooms. Large windows in all rooms let in plenty of sunlight, particularly in the living room.

    Five minute walk from Upplands Väsby station that gives mainline pendeltåg access to Stockholm or Uppsala and Arlanda airport. Around 10 minute walk from Väsby centrum. Pendeltåg to Odenplan takes 25 minutes.

    Below the apartment are some shops/businesses that are quiet and do not cause disturbances. The entrance for these shops are separate and are at the front of the building.

    The entrance for the apartments is at the back of the building. You are first greeted by a large communal garden. The apartment is ground floor by the building entrance (only the first bedroom window), but is first floor for the rest of the apartment. Before entering the apartment, you can go upstairs where there is a communal area that provides a view over the garden.

    The kitchen is the first room you step into. Contains fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and induction hob. Fireplace is not usable.

    On the right is the laundry room containing a washing machine and a dryer, bathroom, and main bedroom.

    The bathroom contains a shower, toilet, two storage cupboards, some space for shelves, a heated towel rack and underfloor heating.

    The main bedroom has large windows that lets in lots of light. The kakelugn is not usable.

    The second bedroom could also be an office. It contains a kakelugn that is usable.

    There are two storage rooms between the bedrooms that provide plenty of space.

    Water is included, but electricity is not. Fiber is available to the apartment. Rent is due to increase on 1st of March to 14550.

    Reason for the move is that I am looking to downsize.
