Its level 4 of 13a, but as 13b is on the ground floor, it is actually on the 5th floor of the building. (2nd balcony from top - middle balcony - 2nd from left)
There is an elevator, secure bike parking, cargo bikes to hire for residents and plenty of parking nearby with lots of places to charge electric or hybrid vehicles (A parkeringshus is next door, so it is lovely to have undercover, secure parking and not have to hunt for a place to park!).
