The apartment is spacious, light, fresh, high spec, and built in 2021. I am the first and only tenant.
The family friendly apartment is well located: Look out the back (from the balcony) and you see farm land (where you can hear cows and sheep in the summer) and to the front you see the shopping mall 'Gränby Staden' (with Apotek, ICA Kvantum and Clas Olson, H&M + lots more). Shopping is about 1 minute away!
An added bonus is that there are no neighbours below so if you have young kids they can jump abot and bounce things with no problems.
It is about 3.5km to Uppsala station (about 10-15 mins by bike).
The kitchen has a large separate fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a 2-in-1 washing machine and tumble dryer.
The flat is remarkably bright, as it is an outside apartment. This makes the large balcony even better, especially in the summer as you get direct sun all afternoon and evening! There are built in blinds in all the windows, so you can have privacy and keep it naturally light.
Additionally the flat has a good sized secure storage room included at the top of the building, so the flat does not get cluttered. That said there is good storage space and cupboards in the apartment.
Extra facilities include a well maintained outdoor area with tables and chairs, both an indoor and outdoor secure bike room, a barnvagn room, and a private rubbish and recycling room.
