En vacker, välplanerad 3-rummare på Kungsgatan 66Å i centrala Uppsala. Här har du endast några minuters promenerande till Uppsala centralstation och mycket goda bussförbindelser till Arlanda för de ressugna. Parkeringsplatser finns det gott om i det tillhörande parkeringshuset samt i källaren som går att hyra.

Willys ligger beläget på andra sidan gatan. Kombimaskin, diskmaskin samt platsbyggd mikrovågsugn ingår. Värme och kallvatten inkluderas i hyran. Mycket ny lägenhet (stod färdigbyggt november 2022), och vi är de första hyresgästerna i denna lägenhet. Hiss finns.

Vi tycker mycket om vår lägenhet och området men vi är i behov av en något större lägenhet på grund av utökning i familjen.

Vi vill flytta bara till de områden som vi anger nedan dvs -bara- Kåbo, Rosendal, Luthagen, Tuna Backar, Centrum, Industristaden, Svartbäcken, Fålhagen och ingenting annat.

We have a beautiful 3 room apartment in central Uppsala that we wish to trade to something a bit larger. From our apartment it is only 10 minutes' walk to the train station, and there are many good bus connections from nearby the building (including the Arlanda bus stop, which takes only 3 minutes to walk to). Bus 9 and 5 stop right near the apartment building. In addition to this, there is a possibility to rent a parking space either in the parking garage beside the building or in the basement, and plenty of room to store bicycles. The building has a calm and well-kept courtyard. A less than 10 minute walk gets you to Stadsparken and walking paths along the river.

Willys supermarket is directly across the road. The apartment is equipped with a combination washer dryer, dishwasher, and built-in microwave. Heating and cold water are included in the rent. The apartment itself is very new. We moved in November 2022 and are the first people to live in this apartment.

We love our apartment and the area but are in need of something larger, as we are expanding our family. We want to move to certain parts of Uppsala only. Those are: Kåbo, Rosendal, Tuna Backar, Svartbäcken, Luthagen, Centrum, Industristaden, and Fålhagen. Any other area we are not interested in. A larger 3 room apartment or 4 room apartment would be ideal.
