Hey! I'm looking to exchange my apartment in Märsta (Sleipnergatan) it’s a really calm and lovely area, with great neighbors and a peaceful vibe overall. The apartment is on the 5th floor, which means you get an incredible open view and full privacy since there's no vis-à-vis at all. It’s been a great family home, and honestly, it’s a bit big for me now that I’m living here alone, so I’m hoping to pass it on to someone who actually needs the space.

The apartment is 81 m², with two large separate bedrooms, both bright and easily fitting king-size beds. The living room is really spacious, with room for a big sofa and a dining table for six. The kitchen is a good size too, with an island and a double-door fridge/freezer with generous compartments. There’s also a balcony with access from both the living room and the kitchen, which makes the space feel open and connected.

There are two storage spaces: one förråd inside the apartment (super handy for storing everyday stuff), and another private, lockable storage unit in the basement. In the bathroom, there’s a washing machine and dryer, but I’m not sure yet if I’ll leave them, it depends on whether the place I move into has them too.

The area is super practical with grocery shopping the the center is only 10 min away and ICA is just a 5-minute walk, and both Lidl and Willys are also close by and easy to get to. There are also kindergartens just a few minutes’ walk away, which makes it great for families with young kids.

It’s about 15 minutes to Märsta station, and just a 4-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, so it’s easy to get around even though you’re in a peaceful spot.

This place has been perfect for a family, and I’d love to see it go to someone who needs the space. I’m just looking for something smaller and closer to the city now that I’m on my own here.

Hej! Jag vill byta min lägenhet i Märsta (Sleipnervägen). Det är ett lugnt och trevligt område med fin utsikt från 5:e våningen – ingen insyn alls. Lägenheten är 81 m² med två stora separata sovrum, ett rymligt vardagsrum med plats för både stor soffa och matbord, samt balkong med utgång från både kök och vardagsrum.

Köket har en liten köksö och ett dubbeldörrskyl/frys. Det finns två förråd – ett inne i lägenheten och ett låsbart i källaren. I badrummet finns tvättmaskin och torktumlare, men jag vet inte ännu om jag lämnar dem (beror lite på vad som finns i nästa lägenhet).

ICA ligger bara 5 minuters promenad bort, och både Lidl och Willys finns också nära till hands. Det finns förskolor på bara några minuters gångavstånd, vilket gör det smidigt för barnfamiljer.

Det tar ca 15 min till Märsta station och busshållplatsen ligger bara 4 min från porten.

Jag bor här själv nu, så söker något mindre och lite närmare stan. Den här lägenheten passar mycket bättre för en familj som behöver ytan. Hör av dig om det låter intressant!
