Very bright, open apartment with new washer/dryer (2025), bathtub, dishwasher, walk-in closet and a direct public transit connections into the city center.

New spårvagnslinjer 10 and 12 (and several busses) right outside of the door and free trips into the city center via ferry. There are a number of good preschools and primary schools in the area as well as restaurants. The inner garden has been recently fenced off (accessible with code), adding privacy and security for children playing in the yard.

There is a large förråd and bicycle room in the building and basement parking is available for rent. Recycling room also attached.

I love this aparment and this area but sadly, due to family changes I am now looking for something with lower rent. A spacious 2:a or 3:a would work well!
