The apartment is newly built in 2020. Has a dishwasher inside, microwave, oven, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. As a newly built house, it is well insulated and sometimes during winter we can get along with the heater turned off. Has a balcony too. There is no shared laundry, instead washing machine and dryer is fitted in the bathroom. The apartment is located 6 mins walking distance to the big Åkersberga bus and train station which has direct buses to several places in stockholm and 8 minutes walk to the centrum. There is a school just 2 mins walk away. A simhall and gym is located just directly opposite the building. The neighbourhood is very serene, safe and secure too. The building has an elevator. The cost for electricity usage, internet and water are additional cost and not included in the rent.
