The apartment kitchen and all rooms, except the bathroom, were renovated in 2021 so everything is in very good condition. The balcony is south facing so it gets a lot of light in the afternoon.

It has a dish washer and a washing machine.

Hot water and heat are included in the rent so the only thing you pay is rent and internet. Parking costs an extra 250kr and there is a queue for it so it may not be possible to get a parking quickly.
