The best possible view in three out of four rooms. A dream to live with this view but my son started school on Östermalm, so I’m looking into moving closer that direction.
The apartment: the big kitchen and two big bedrooms are facing the water and the beautiful facades on the other side. The very big living room is facing the inner gård. One half room with fireplace, piano and couch is connecting all of them.
The apartment has a guest bathroom, and normal bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.
3rd floor, nice tvättstuga, as well as bike room & attic. Also worth mentioning is that the neighbors and landlord are wonderful people. A very sweet italian winebar opened next doors where the neighborhood meets up. Additionally there is great icecream & Stockholm’s best Brasilian restaurant a few houses down the road.
Two of the rooms could be split into two rooms, so even 5 rooms could be realized.
