We have a big 2-room apartment (84 m²) with one big storage room that we use as an office. The apartment is on the 1st floor with a small balcony.

What rooms there are:
- a big living room connected with the kitchen (perfect for hosting :))
- a big bedroom with a built-in closet
- a bathroom with space for both washing machine and dryer
- a big storage room with enough space for a double bed and an office space
- there is also a small balcony facing the car park and park

The building is located in Huvudsta with good access to public transport.
- around 10 minute walk to metro
- several bus lines nearby, including routes to Brommaplan and Mall of Scandinavia

Parking
- there is a queue time for the reserved parking outside in front of the apartment (700 SEK/month)
- you can also park on the road based on availability for 450 SEK/month. Usually there is space nearby (Solna boendeparkering)
- there is also a garage building with parking starting on 1 350 SEK/month

The loveliest is the nature around - you can walk to the water where there are stables, 4H animals and a café. It is a nice area for kids I would say and also great for someone that likes to live on a metro line.
