It is a big bright apartment, placed at the first floor of a villa. It gets sunshine all day due to having windows on all 4 directions, has a big kitchen which can be used as dining room, and big rooms. The garden is in common use, you can grill, or simply enjoy under the sun. The windows of your bed will be directly looking to the great view of trees.

It is an old apartment, so has its ownflaws as well such as wallpapers with stains, and old inventory furnitures.

The apartment also has a huge attic to store many things. Parking, heating, water, internet included, only need to have a electric subscription.

We have a washing machine and dryer on the bottom floor, which is used commonly with our neighbour upstairs.
