Just outside Hyllie station 1 minute walk, about 15 minutes to Copenhagen airport. Brand new building with two elevators, a gym and a social event hall on the roof and Emporia shopping center right next door. Very lively area, always something going on here. Malmö Arena and many other famous places nearby. But it is completely soundproof inside, so you have all the peace you want. The balcony views are amazing. It is a studio apartment with toilet and shower inside, a small storage room (will be locked with my stuff) and kitchen, dishwasher, cabinets, all built into the walls so there is plenty of space. Microwave, air fryer, kettle are in the kitchen. Currently it is rented out with furniture, bed, sofa, 65 inch TV, electric work table + chair, printer, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and most of what is needed to live. I will take reasonable deposit for security. Electricity and hot water bills will be added, it is about 200-400 per month.
